DR. TRUJILLO’S COMMENTS: It’s always a pleasure to have Acharya Sundari on The Yoga Hour so that we can learn from her deep knowledge and insights about Kriya Yoga practice.  Our conversation focused mainly on meditation: the many benefits of a meditation practice and the importance of having a steady practice. She offered lots of great information about the process of meditation itself.  We discussed the four steps of meditation: Foster, Focus, Flow, and Finish, which will be of interest to those new to meditation as well as a reminder for those who already meditate.  We also discussed the importance of dispassionate non-attachment: how we can show up, be fully engaged, and do our best, while offering the outcome of our actions to the Divine.
